The service
This app helps a business track inventory via QR codes: stock counts, deliveries, waste, and reorder suggestions. It's provided as-is, currently in early pilot use, without guaranteed uptime.
Your account
Keep your owner password and shop PINs reasonably secure. You're responsible for what's entered under your organization, including data staff enter using a shared shop PIN.
Your data
You own the inventory, supplier, and business data you enter. We don't claim rights to it beyond what's needed to run the service for you.
No warranty
Reorder suggestions, waste-cost estimates, and low-stock alerts are calculated from data you enter — they are decision support, not a guarantee. Verify anything financially or operationally important yourself.
Changes
This is early-stage software and these terms, along with the product itself, may change as it matures.
